Enshrined in our Quality Management System are set policies and procedures that govern all that we do.
We also engage in continuous monitoring and measurement of processes. Reviews and verifications are conducted to ensure continuous improvement.
Our Internal Quality Audit program and our Corrective Action Program are all critical elements of our Quality Assurance Program.
Our Quality Management System meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008
Employee Involvement
This is done through conformance to the policies and procedures, hazard identification, monitoring and measurement, audits and inspections; coaching, raising HSE issues at meetings, assisting with solutions; and reporting on potential non-conformities
Communication
HSE matters are communicated to our workforce via HSE Awareness presentations, QHSE Awareness Week, in-house training, Departmental visits and site visits. Communication is also placed on company Notice Boards and sent to staff via electronic mail.
